Refreshing raspberry lemonade
When it's hot and humid I always feel like something light, a bit sour and cold. We made this refreshing lemonade with raspberries and mint that helps me stay alive when the weather is way too hot (yep, in Finland).
Servings: 1-2 Preparation: 5 min
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
2 Tbsp lukewarm water*
3 Tbsp/scoops watermelon
1 tsp sugar**
a few fresh mint leaves + extra for garnish
2 cups of sparkling water (1 cup per serving)
Ice cubes
* Our blender is not very powerful, so we needed to soften the frozen berries a little.
** This drink is more on the sour side, so if you like your drinks sweeter, feel free to add more sugar.
Blend all the ingredients except sparkling water and ice. Add the ice cubes to serving glasses, divide the blended ingredients to two glasses and top it with sparkling water.
You can also blend the ice, just make sure your blender is strong enough.
Cheers!
