Super simple veggie and tofu noodles | vegan
Sometimes one just wants simple veggie and tofu noodles. These were delicious though, so here's the recipe for you to recreate as it doesn't get easier than that.
Servings: 2 Ready in: 30 min
Ingredients:
vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 small onion, chopped
1 medium carrot, cut to strips
1/4 red bell pepper, cut to strips
75 g green beans
150 g tofu, drained and cut to small cubes
1 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp light soy sauce
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
2 radishes, chopped
1 1/2 cup water
150 g noodles of your choice
1 tsp corn starch (mixed with 1/2 cup of water)
Instructions:
Heat up the oil in a wok pan.
Add the garlic and onion. Fry for a minute.
Add the carrot, bell pepper, green beans and tofu. Fry for a few minutes.
Pour in the sugar, soy sauce Worcestershire sauce, chilli flakes, add the radishes. Mix everything well.
Pour in the water and bring it to boil.
Add the noodles. Let everything cook for a few minutes until the noodles are almost cooked.
Then add the corn starch and water mix, mix everything well and let simmer for a couple of minutes until everything thickens.
Serve immediately.
